Add students and teachers
A guide to add students to assessments.
Adding students and teachers to an Assessment helps organize and manage teams better. This documentation will show you how to add teachers, students, and student groups to an Assessment. You can add students and teachers before or after the Assessment is live. However, they won’t be able to access an Assessment when it is on hold.
Add a student to an Assessment
- Log into your JDoodle account
- Navigate to the student section of the dashboard and start writing the names of the students that you wish to add to that particular course.
- Click on the button called “Add User.”
Note: The students you wish to add to an Assessment should already be added to your team. To know more, read this documentation here.
Add student groups to an Assessment
- Add the student group that you have already created by typing in the name of the group in the search tab.
- Click on the “Add” button, and your student group will be added.

Add teachers to an Assessment
- Log into your JDoodle account
- Navigate to the teacher section of the dashboard and start writing the names of the students that you wish to add to that particular course.
- Click on the button called “Add User.”
