Add students or teachers

For adding students and teachers :

1. Log in to your JDoodle.com account and click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner
2. Click on dashboards
3. Navigate to the “manage teams” option
4. Click on it, and under the “team” menu, you will find an option called “ add user”
5. Click on it and you will have 2 options:

• Invite via email
• Bulk invite

6. If you have only a few students or teachers, you can manually enter their details and send invites individually. For larger groups, you can use the bulk invite option.

   a. You can either use our .csv template or follow the instructions given there and create an Excel file to upload the student list.

   b. For detailed instructions on formatting your Excel file, please refer to the documentation linked in the platform.

Create a Student group:

Once the teacher and student lists are ready, you can assign them to classrooms.

1. Click on “manage student group”
2. You can now add the “group name” and “description” and click on “create student group.”
3. Once you click that, you will get prompted to “add students” and “add teachers”.
4. You can add the students and teachers you would like to add in the list.
5. After adding the selected students and teachers, click “Save Changes.”
