Cancel subscription

Here’s how to cancel your JDoodle subscription.

Canceling your JDoodle Pro or Teacher plan

• Log in to your JDoodle account.
• Go to the “Dashboard” and select “Plans and Payments.”​
• Click on the “Cancel Plan” button on the card labeled “Platform.”
• Select the reason for canceling your subscription.
• Provide your comments on why you’re canceling (minimum 100 characters). Your feedback helps us improve our services.
• Confirm the cancellation.

Once your cancellation is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email for future reference.

Canceling your Compiler API subscription

• Log in to your JDoodle account.
• From the “Dashboard,” select “Plans and Payments.”​
• Click the “Cancel Plan” button on the card labeled “Compiler API.”
• Select the reason for canceling your subscription.
• Provide your comments on why you’re canceling (minimum 100 characters). Your feedback helps us improve our services.
• Confirm the cancellation.

You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete. Please keep this email for your records.

How to switch between plans

Yes, you can easily switch plans at any time in the billing cycle.

• Go to the plans and payments page from your profile icon.
• For platform or API, select change plan.
• Choose the plan that suits you best.
• Complete the payment, and your new plan will become active.
