Mobile app
The JDoodle app writes and runs code on a phone or tablet. It is the same service as the website, so a program you run in the app runs the same way in the browser.
It is available for iOS and Android, and it is free.
What you can do with it
- Write and run code in any language the app offers.
- Choose the version of that language.
- Answer a program while it runs, with interactive mode, or give it input before it starts.
- Save your work on the device or to your JDoodle account.
- Zoom the editor by pinching, which matters more on a phone than it sounds.
What it is not
The app runs one file at a time. Multi-file projects, libraries, the framework and database environments, embeds and the API are all on the website. See the IDE for those.
What next
- Install the app on iOS or Android.
- Write and run code in it.
