Teams
Every JDoodle user belongs to an account. Most people are on their own. An account with other people on it is a team: a class, a department, or a company.
Manage teams is where you run one.
The screens

Team, Student groups and Join requests are open to the owner, admins and teachers. AI for students is owner and admin only, and only the owner can change it.
What being on an account decides
Almost everything that involves other people:
- Being invited to a project. You can only invite people on your account.
- Being put in a student group. Groups are built from account members.
- Being added to an assessment. Its roster comes from your account.
- Having the AI assistant turned off. The setting reaches your students and nobody else.
Someone on their own account can still open a project you share by link. They just cannot be managed, grouped, or assessed.
One account each
A person belongs to one account at a time. Joining yours means leaving their own, which is why joining is a request they make and you approve.
An account with other people on it cannot join another one.
