To change the language and version in the extension, follow these steps:

  • Open the JDoodle Extension panel by clicking the JDoodle icon in the Chrome toolbar.
  • Navigate to the section located right under the execution button.
  • Adjust the “Language ” dropdown to select your preferred programming language.
  • Choose the desired language version from the “Version ” dropdown.

Automatic language detection

The language will be automatically detected when you paste code into the JDoodle Chrome Extension. However, it’s important to note that JDroid, our AI, is still learning, and there may be cases where it fails to detect the language correctly. In such instances, you may need to select the programming language and its version manually. Click, right-click, and execute in JDoodle with JDroid. - Step 3.png
