Payment & refunds

Payments to JDoodle are made using credit or debit cards through Stripe, a secure and reliable payment provider. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Supported currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Billing period

All JDoodle subscriptions are billed every month. After each transaction, receipts and invoices are automatically sent to your registered email address.

Refund policy

If you change your mind and cancel your plan, you will still receive the benefits of your paid plan until the end of the billing cycle. If you encounter an issue, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. ​If deemed eligible, the refund process can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

How to update your card information

  • Go to Plans and Payments from the top right menu.
  • Switch to the Payments tab.
  • Update your card details from there.

When you update the card details, your new card will be used, and your old card will become inactive for payments.
