This guide will help you delete personal and team accounts. You can delete your JDoodle account and cancel your paid plans anytime. All your data will be permanently deleted once you delete your account.
Deleting your JDoodle account
To delete your personal or team account, please follow the steps below:
- Click on your profile icon and select ‘Profile.’
- Click ‘Delete My Account‘ link.
- Continue following the prompts to delete your account.
- Select why you’re choosing to leave JDoodle.
- Next, you must fill out a comment box stating why you wish to delete your account. The comment should be at least 100 characters.
- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email address. Type the OTP and your account will be deleted permanently.
What does deleting your account mean?
- You will lose all data, like saved projects, settings, and student databases.
- You won’t have access to most of JDoodle’s offerings (Saving Projects, Embeds, APIs, or Assessments).
- Any active subscriptions (paid plans) will be canceled immediately.
- Any Embeds you have created will stop working.
- Access to support will discontinue until you create a new account. If you choose to use JDoodle services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
- JDoodle may retain a backup of data for up to 30 days, but we are unable to recover this data for you.
What to do if your account is hacked?
If you are worried that your JDoodle account has been hacked, please consider the below steps: Immediately change your password and secure your other accounts. Contact JDoodle support to ask for help.
