In our talks with JDoodle users, we have come across professionals who have used JDoodle to excel in their careers. Today on the panel we have Pranjal Saxena, a fourth-year mechanical engineering student from the Institute of ITDAVV, Indore, India.
Although Pranjal is studying to be a mechanical engineer, his true passion lies to software development and he has been using JDoodle to give his pasion wings.
His journey is all about self-taught lessons and real-world projects. It shows that ode learning can become a walk in the park with tools like JDoodle.
The best of both worlds
Pranjal’s story is a relatable one. Like many students, he started his journey in college focusing on the stream he was placed in—mechanical engineering. However, early on, he realized that his interest lay elsewhere.
But how did he manage it all?
“The college had an easy, balanced curriculum, so I had time to explore other interests.”
So on he went. Starting with Java and JavaScript. Over time, he found a love for building things from scratch, especially through practical projects.
Pranjal’s e-learning platform
One of Pranjal’s standout projects is an e-learning platform he built, where users can learn various topics and practice using different compilers.
Pranjal created this platform as part of an internship.
“I needed a uniform design for all the compilers on my platform, and that’s when I came across JDoodle. It provided me with compilers for Java, C++, Python, and more, with a design that looks clean and professional.”
Pranjal didn’t stop there. He has also made HTML and CSS compilers himself and for the rest of the languages, he has used JDoodle’s APIs.
“The seamless integration of JDoodle’s APIs made my platform look homogeneous and good.”
How JDoodle has helped Pranjal
JDoodle has played a significant role in Pranjal’s software development journey. Whether it was for his internship project or his own personal learning,

Pranjal on how to balance your passion and education
Pranjal is a firm believer in learning by doing.
“Just go and develop things. Learn and keep practicing.”
For him, the key to success in software development lies in continuous learning and application. He modestly calls his project “just a practice project.”
What’s ahead for Pranjal?
Pranjal is about to join Capillary Technologies where he got placed during college placements.
He remains focused on finding better opportunities and growing in the tech field.
